The Midget White is a small delicate heritage breed turkey and has fast become our favorite. In summer months they spend the day foraging returning back home for a dish full of regionally grown organic grains before seeking out their roosts for the night.  In winter months a group of 8 hens and 1 tom are given shelter in our winter poultry house.

We are habitually shy of demand, so if you are interested in a turkey for 2012 it is not too early to place your order! These birds have a higher dark meat to light meat ratio which gives them an incredible depth of flavor. They will dress out between 6 to 12 pounds, perfect for a small family gathering.

We have a few 5 to 7 pound turkeys still available for 2012.
