Certified organic and pastured chicken – raised and processed on our farm!

Our pastured meat bird, the Freedom Ranger, is given plenty of room for pecking and scratching with free access to regionally grown organic grains. It is a slower growing chicken that develops great flavor.  This chicken meets the Label Rouge genetic color requirements and taste expectations.

We do our own processing weekly from June into October, offering them fresh and frozen at the farm or at the Saturday Middlebury Farmers’ Market.
