Each year we purchase 6 to 8 piglets from a local farm. We raise them on pasture with raw milk (from our cow), local organic vegetables and Vermont milled organic grain. We have never needed antibiotics and do not use hormones.

The processing is done by the Vermont Packing House  ; all hams and bacons are naturally cured with celery juice.  This is an incredibly high quality and delicious product!
